2017 DRV Mobile Suites Aire FW, This Mobile Suites Aire fifth wheel model MSA 40 is the perfect couples coach featuring all the amenities needed to enjoy spending time exploring! There are quad slides for added roominess throughout, plus a residential refrigerator, an electric fireplace, a convenient kitchen island, and more for the Full-Time living experience.

Step inside and notice the openness with dual opposing slides in this area alone. There is a slide out free-standing dinette and a 65' theatre seat for two along the curb side. Adjacent, along the rear wall, there is a New Custom 75' sofa bed & Matching recliner with overhead cabinets. The slide along the roadside in this same area features an entertainment center with a 55' LED TV including a fireplace below. This can easily be viewed from any seating in the room.

The remainder of the roadside living area slide features the kitchen amenities. There is a storage cabinet, a Furion range base and convection oven above, plus a three-burner range top. At an angle, along this slide, there is a large sink for cleaning up, and the residential refrigerator and pantry are just off this slide which you will see straight in through the main entry door. For food prep and serving you will love the convenient center island.

Head up the steps to the right of the entry door and notice the side aisle bath on your left. Inside the bath there is a linen cabinet, a 30' x 42' shower, a toilet, and a vanity with double sinks! The sliding door here in the bath, and leading into the master bedroom next door, is a plus as they both save space upon entering and exiting each room.

In the master bedroom up front, you will enjoy added floor space thanks to dual opposing slides here as well. The King bed slides out along the roadside and includes dual nightstands and a bit of overhead storage. A vanity with drawers and 40' TV slide out along the curb side opposite the bed providing space for walking around. Across the very front you will find ample storage with a large closet for your clothes. There are even washer and dryer plus another TV in lower storage compartment for outside viewing & so much more!
