“What a great experience we had at Demontrond RV in Spring, Texas! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in our old RV for a newer model was smooth and enjoyable. Our sales associate, Jordi, was fantastic. He was incredibly patient and truly took the time to show us RVs that fit our needs. We had a trade-in, and we were very pleased with the good price for our trade-in to purchase the newer RV. It made upgrading so much easier! Ed in the Finance department also did a great job; he found us the best interest rate and offered several extended warranty options without being pushy to buy the most expensive plan available. Beyond Jordi and Ed, the managers and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable as well, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. “After Hurricane Harvey, we were unable to live in our home. We visited DeMontrond RV in Texas City and were greeted by our salesman, Don. He showed us numerous travel trailers and gave us the chance to see a variety of styles and options. We never felt pressured. We went back in a couple of days and picked out the one we wanted, and it was delivered in a timely manner. Before delivery, a service tech went over all of the features with us. The finance department was also very helpful in getting us a good rate on our loan. We had a minor problem after setup with our hot water, and they sent a technician to our home to fix it, as we don't have a way to pull the trailer. We have received excellent customer service from everyone at this location and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV.
