RV FlexArmor® is the only RV exclusive pure polyurea sprayed RV roof system in the RV industry. An RV FlexArmor® system removes all the caulking joints, providing a seamless, monolithic roof that is guaranteed not to leak for the lifetime of the RV.

RV FlexArmor® is 3/16 inch(187 mils) thick with +3500 psi tear strength and over +600% elongation and it retains these qualities in all temperatures and conditions. The flexibility ensures it moves with the RV without cracking. The extremely high tear strength ensures that the roof will not puncture if it comes in contact with a tree branch or other hazard. The other unique feature is the chemical bond it creates around fixtures and edges which removes the need for caulking and is the key to the no leak guarantee.

Our paint facilities include Blowtherm Ultra 2000 pressurized paint booths with baking abilities to provide factory quality finishes. Our paint station has two paint booths with a separate prep station. Take a look:

At DeMontrond Collision Center, our facilities are capable of repairing and painting any style of RV or Motor Home. We currently have a 55 foot and 60 foot Drive Through Paint Booth to take care of all of your RV Paint Repair Needs. We take pride in our RV Repair Facility and are fully equipped to handle any type of related RV or Motor Home project.
